Lakeside Motor Sports has been family owned and operated since its opening, September 1, 1998. Ed Richter, having 20 years in the industry, operates Lakeside Motor Sports together with his wife, son, daughter, and son-in-law.

Ed has this to say about his business: "After being in the marine and powersports industry for over 20 years, I saw a huge void in Mid-Michigan. What the area was really lacking was a marina and powersports dealership that was totally committed to provided top-notch customer service.
